what does it refer to?Does it refer to initializing the
keyboard or is there an interface that has to be
initialized?

what does it mean/refer to?
is it a command? what is there to be translated? only
<task>?
AFAICS it refers to help and is a command so only <task> is
to be translated.Is this correct
