No.  I usually use own md5sum verified mirror. But I have also tried
directly ftp.fi.debian.org. If you say that 2004-02-23 files should
work, I can try again. I have not updated my mirror since latest test.

Should I check any particular file?  (My md5sum check script might be
incomplete.)
