I don't understand what happened here.

Mmm, i think i understand : 

  1) netcfg is built with a statical libiw.
  2) the initrd are linked to libiw because of the build/debian/control
  dependency.
  3) there is no libiw udeb.

So supposedly, it would need both the new netcfg (which we have) and a
rebuilding of the installer image to fix this ?
