Thank you for the information you have supplied regarding
this problem report.

Part of the problems have been categorised and reassigned to their
respective package.

I'm guessing that you mean that post-installation it isn't possible to get the new lilo to boot windows using the old lilo.conf?

please elaborate on what you how you think it should have worked. I.e something like: as lilo in woody or as described in [0].

I'm not sure what you mean with vanilla and (what) wording in this context.
