Bug#233988: choose-mirror: needs rebuild (ca.po problem?)

I don't know why this occured, but choose-mirror 0.031_i386 has
non-UTF8 characters from ca.po.
This breaks netboot build process.
I simply rebuild this from CVS, it goes OK.
