Bug#233894: base-config should add the first user to some system groups

When base-config creates the first user, it doesn't have the rights on
/dev/mixer, /dev/cdrom, and so on. This user should be automatically
added to the audio, cdrom, floppy, dialout and video system groups. This 
way, the user can use the system right away after login.
