Bug#233601: modconf: /usr/lib/modules_help/ does not exist
Package: modconf
Version: 0.2.45
Severity: normal
Hi,
modconf(8) states:
--libdir path
Indicates where the eval and descr.gz files are to be found on
the system (default: /usr/lib/module_help). Do not include a
trailing "/" after the directory name.
Please adjust this description to the reality of the Debian system. It
is
(default: /usr/share/modconf).
The Debian FAQ has the same issue in 9.4 and my own Debian Reference has the
same issue in 2.7.5.
I guess Documentation is based on the old situation.
