Bug#232578: Sarge installation is broken

For last few days, I've been trying to install sarge using 3 netinstall
floppies. It always didn't install kernel, altho month ago when I did
identic install, it did.
Today I jigdoed sarge cd 1 iso and debootstrap fails while installing
base system, redirecting me to log. The last lines of log is:
