Bug#231756: Does not properly set hostname in resolv.conf

You should be prompted for a domain when you're setting up your network
unless it's dhcp.

It should not be necessary to put a domain in /etc/resolv.conf, because
if that field is left out, it defaults to the domain after your hostname
in the fully qualified domain name. The debian installer should have set
your hostname to a fully qualified one, so this should work. Please
confirm.
