Ok, thanks, i suppose 0.2.25 did not yet reach the archive, I was
confused by the fact that it was claimed to be closed, but 0.2.24 didn't
include the fix.

Mmm, ftp2.fr.debian.org still has 0.2.23 for powerpc, and it seems the
autobuilder have not tried to build anything beyond that, or at least so
says :

  http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?pkg=debootstrap

I will try building 0.2.25 myself and upload that.
