Of course, the commercial distros should have some reasons to use
it. I did some problems with grub about memory size becouse my BIOS
but was solved very fast and I haven't problems after that.
To me, GRUB is more easy to setup and use. Other good issue is about
command line possibility. To an admin user, this is a good value since
provide a way to work around problems with setup.
:-). What we can expect from grub2? ;-)
