I just noticed that HongKong and Macau are not countries when I translated
iso-codes. "country/region" is simple and precise enough. I don't think anyone
would confused by these words. In UN's website, it was described as "Country or
area & region codes".

Ok, It's not a real problem to d-i itself. Feel free to change it or not.
