Comments/Problems:

After the past few days of borked images, today's image worked
marvelously well. srm-reader is still broken, but shouldn't be for
long. Support for the qlogicisp controller still causes hardware hangs,
but I wasn't using the SCSI functionality on this card, so rm'ing the
module from the initrd let me sneak past this stage without enduring
DEBCONF_PRIORITY=low.

Everything else worked fine until the end, when the installer picked the
wrong kernel (bug in kernel-installer, picking a default from the
available list) and, er, "neglected" to install the bootloader because
there's no aboot-installer package available. These two bugs both have
straightforward fixes. :-)
