Please be careful with string changes

OK, the string freeze is over, so cosmetic changes to templates is now
OK.

But, please be kind to translators, if possible.

For instance (Matt, this is for you...:-)), when replacing "Select a
Keyboard Layout" by "Select a keyboard layout" in kbd-chooser
templates, it is very likely that this does NOT affect translations,
as translators know how to capitalize things in their languages.


Thus, when doing such changes, please consider "unfuzzification" of
the debian/po/*.po files. This is not a trivial thing to do, so if
unsure, it may be better to file a bug report....

Unfuzzification in this case means :

1) sed 's/Select a Keyboard Layout/Select a keyboard layout/g' on all
PO files

2) run debconf-updatepo

1, then 2 is mandatory.

I did this for netcfg and kbd-chooser, modified last night by Matt.
