Good idea.  We should do this.  It might even make it easier to
identify the packages with no active maintainer.

I consider myself the active maintainer of the following d-i related
packages (I'm already an uploader):

  autopartkit
  baseconfig-udeb
  cdrom-detect
  ddetect
  disk-detect
  languagechooser
  prebaseconfig
  rootskel

I'm associated with the following packages, but not enough to call
myself the maintainer (I'm currently uploader for grub-installer):

  grub-installer
  lilo-installer
  base-installer
  cdebconf
  main-menu

I'm listed as an uploader for the following packages, where I'm not
really involved in the maintenance:

  mklibs
  partitioner
