Bug#190340: debian-30r1-s390-binary-1.iso
Install on native Linux(well, under VMware...) went without a problem.
I guess it's a cygwin problem or Hercules's (although I would doubt
there are different code fragments for win).
Anyway, problem can be closed :)

I'm pretty sure that floating point has bugs on Windows; this is likely
the
problem. I have installed Debian/390 many times using the packaged
Hercules
running on Debian/i386.
