Then you could patch my patch to generate both Choices and
Choices-en.UTF-8 fields.  But please do not generate __Choices
field if it must not be translated.

See my patch, gettext is not used here.

Adapting boot-floppies/utilities/dbootstrap/langs/*.src should be
fairly easy.
