cfdisk not translated in d-i

No idea on the package I should report this against.

The cfdisk package, which has translations in sarge, is not translated
in the debian installer.

This would however require to include the util-linux locales, which
has a price :

bash-2.05b# du -sc `locate util-linux.mo`
208 /usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
168 /usr/share/locale/cs/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
196 /usr/share/locale/da/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
164 /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
204 /usr/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
124 /usr/share/locale/et/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
196 /usr/share/locale/fi/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
208 /usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
156 /usr/share/locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
176 /usr/share/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
196 /usr/share/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
168 /usr/share/locale/pt_BR/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
60 /usr/share/locale/sl/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
196 /usr/share/locale/sv/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
204 /usr/share/locale/tr/LC_MESSAGES/util-linux.mo
2624 total

Such change, is it is possible, is needed, imho, as the partition step
is one of the earliest steps in the installing process.
