Actually, it's very difficult to use the current CD image without a
CD.  It makes the assumption that the CD is there, and the last time I
tried, I couldn't fool it into thinking the hard disk was where it
wanted to look. We need to have options available for mirrors on the
hard disk.

Also, the yaboot.conf is set up for CD usage. We will have to tell the
user to modify it for hard disk. Maybe it would be better to have a
separate d-i.tgz target intended to be unpacked on the hard disk.

We definitely need testing in this area.
