d-i CVS acitivity report

Martin Michlmayr asked me which d-i developers are most active, and
which would be nice to have present at debconf3.  I remebered a few,
but told him I would generate an activity log for d-i from CVS.

I used these commands, and was surprised to find me on top.

  cd debian-installer/
  cvs2cl -d"2002-04-28\<2003-04-28"
  grep ^200 ChangeLog|awk '{ total[$3]++; } END { for (f in total) print total[f],f; }'|sort -nr
