Install on as disk that will reside on another ide channel after install
I have a laptop with an extra drive that replaces the
CD.
In order to the install, I need to have access to the
CD. The drive is plugged into the primary IDE channel.
however after the install if I replace the CD with the
drive where it now on no 2 or secondary channel, the
kernal panic on boot-up.
Any suggestions?
