     * Removed all the tty switching info from the final screen (TMI).
     * Don't ask about using ppp if the system already has a default route.
     * On fresh installs, make tzsetup default to clock not being set to GMT
       (even though this is not the default in default/rcS), since most
       systems don't come with clocks set to GMT.
     * French translation of base-config man page by Julien Louis
       <arthur51@ifrance.com>, Closes: #166711
