You need those drivers? My "autobuilder" may have something for you,
visit http://auric.debian.org/~blade/modules-i386/2.4.18-bf2.4/

I would prefer Woody nowadays, or Potato with few core packages from
Woody.

I guess you need megaraid.o. Extract this file from the drivers.tgz
archive (from the bf2.4 subdirectory), get an msdos floppy disk, create
a directory called "boot" on it and put the module into the directory.
Later, use this floppy in the "Preload essential modules" step.
