Bug#149698: Dell 2650 & Debian boot

The biggest problem is that in the the current boot floppy the sym53c416
driver is loaded by default.

This sym53c416 driver crash the boot process before the installation menu.
If you change this driver to be a module not activated at start, the user
will have the possibility to boot the bf2.4 cdrom or the disk and later in
the installation process to load the MegaRAID driver, and later install the
Ethernet module.

Currently, we need to build a special rescue disk and boot disk. Not all
users are able to do this.
