Right, yeah.  The Debian installer doesn't support NFS root, even on
eth0.  The tulip and ne2k-pci drivers are both built as modules, so is
the nfs filesystem.

Someone did request that NFS-root support be added (see #137453).  I
haven't decided what to do about this yet.
