"make clean", now! It seems that you have the old broken modconf release
in the download directory.

Same here, "make clean" before building. I fixed this yesterday.
Linux rebootet man in drei Fällen:
Neuer Kernel, neue (Board-)Hardware, neue Partition angelegt....
Aber Windows rebootet man auch in drei Fällen:
Schutzverletzung, Bluescreen, keinen Bock...
