Bug#118342: boot-floppies (3.0.15-2001-10-18): claims that Packages.gz is corrupt

Package: boot-floppies
Version: N/A; reported 2001-11-05
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I am just trying to set up a new machine with the 3.0.15-2001-10-18 idepci
boot floppies. I have to use these as anything else hangs during boot.
I guess it is because I am using an SIS AMD chipset.

Anyway during install, when I select the Packages.gz it claims that
it is corrupt and drops me back into the main menu. It does not matter
wether I select testing or unstable for installation.

Both Packages.gz however are fine and not corrupt. I've checked it
already.

Mike
