Hi,
s390 needs for 3 different types of network interfaces a pointopoint setup,
which is currently not supported. Attached is a patch, that implements it.
Dependent on a has_pointopoint setting, which is currently only enabled by
s390, netmask is set to 255.255.255.255 and the user is prompted for a peer
configuration, which is also used as gateway. Finally pointopoint setup is
written to /etc/network/interfaces. Since it is currently only enabled for
s390 we need only a documentation change for s390 as well that is being
worked on.

Thanks,
Gerhard
