Forgot to say I had to make a couple of changes to b-f to make
it work:
1. change SMALL_BASE_LIST_all to reference dhclient rather than
dhclient-2.2.x
2. change netconfig.c to #define NC_DHCLIENT_FILE "/sbin/dhclient".
