kernel-source-2.2.20-2 has version 1.11. That should be what is used to
build the kernel-images for bf.
Hmmm, compact used to be the flavor. However, it looks like it might
have been a casualty of 2.2.19-9 from the changelog entry.

It looks like it is a module in the ide flavor, but if I recall
properly, that's annoying for megaraid on root. The simplest thing would
probably be to follow the install manual guidelines to create bf with
a custom kernel. That and perhaps to file a wishlist bug on
kernel-image.
If you're really creative and lazy, you can probably copy
the module onto the bf ram disk once it's started and restart
dbootstrap. Hopefully it will then find your disks.
