Bug#124386: french + euro keyboard is latin15, not latin0 (which naturally does not work).

I don't know much about the keymap stuff, but this is broken. Last i tried,
when choosing the latin0 option, i only got error messages, and not the french
keyboard with euro.

I will try out the 3.0.18 root disk today, and tell you about it.

Well, i suppose this is wrong, normal french uses iso8859-1 as other west
european countries, and the euro version of it is iso8859-15. as  iso8859-1 is
called latin1, i suppose it just makes sense to name iso8859-15 latin15 ?
