Bug#124386: french + euro keyboard is latin15, not latin0 (which naturally does not work).

Well, hmm.

The current boot-floppies sources do indeed seem to refer to latin0.  But if
I look in my keymaps.tgz it seems that this is actually correct -- I have
i386/azerty/fr-latin0.bmap, and I don't have any latin15 files.

Is this something that has changed recently?  My console-data might be out of
date I suppose.
