This is a different issue from #124117; it is the problem where dbootstrap
segfaults immediately at startup.

The 3.0.17-2001-11-18 root.bin works fine under UML. This problem appeared
in later builds, and seemed to affect others as well. If I replace libslang
and libm on root.bin with the ones from my unstable system, everything
works. It certainly doesn't seem like a UML problem. Perhaps we aren't
using the same disks?
