3.0.18 plan



Once we can get the base install problem figured out, I will release
3.0.18.  I don't believe i18n can be the culprit for this, it must be
either busybox or debootstrap.  This is what we need to figure out
today I hope.

If there are any *critical* problems with i18n on i386 I will simply
back out i18n for i386 and release w/o it (but I really don't want
to).  However, my testing shows that i18n on i386 is working pretty
well.  The fact that newt and newt-utf share the same soname means
that the non-i18n flavors look a little wierd but it does seem to
function.

FYI, I have i18n powerpc boot-floppies also building if anyone wants
to test that..
