Bug#110717: More info; when first partition was swap it did that...
When the first partition is a swap partition, it does not see the new
partitioning scheme...
I had 1024Mb swap, the rest linux, then went back and did 1024Mb swap
(left it there) and deleted the linux partition, then created a 16Mb
linux then the rest as another linux partition. Each time I chose to
put the partitions at the beginning of the disk. That's when
dinstall did not see the new partitions after returning from cfdisk.
I tried again, but this time deleted them all, and made a 16Mb linux,
a 1024Mb swap, and the rest a linux partition. This time, dinstall
offers them all for "initialize partition".
