Hopefully someone else will come along and answer this one. Bug#57609
was closed which "added support for new french keyboard layout fr-latin0."
I would think that meant you wouldn't have to go anywhere else just
select the appropriate keyboard layout from the dbootstrap menu.
You might ditch the html mail, some other people might be more willing
to read your plea.
