OK, looks like the problem is that debiandoc.dtd refers to some
files of entities that are provided by sgml-data. Thus,
debiandoc-sgml should depend on sgml-data. I went ahead and
reassigned this, as well as merging it with an already existing
bug report against debiandoc-sgml. Now we wait... :)
