Bug#81319: Error upon reboot after installation: /sbin/termwrap

Package: base
Version: 2.2

After installing the debian 2.2 with the UDMA66 patch, I reboot as
instructed and receive the following message:

/bin/sh: exec: /sbin/termwrap: cannot execute: No such file or directory

This message repeats several times, then I receive:

INIT: Id "1" respawning too fast: disable for 5 minutes

Any help on this would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Alec Gorjestani
