Bug#70006: base: debiandoc-sgml depends on latex (debiandoc2latexps)

hi,

installed today the debiandoc-sgml package to convert the
Debian Policy to ps and found that the debiandoc2latexps
package depends on latex but latex where not installed...

the following happens after manual installation of latex :
