Is lynx really need?
Hello All!
As you know, boot-floppies package depends of lynx.
I checked this dependence.
$ cd /usr/src/boot-floppies
$ find -name "*" -exec grep -l -i "lynx" \{\} >>/tmp/log \;
This is /tmp/log

In dselect-beginner.sgml:

The person maintaining <package>boot-floppies</package> also thinks
that the following packages should be installed. These are not,
however, essential:
<list>
<item>
<package>lynx</package>
<item>
<package>debiandoc-sgml</package>
<item>
<package>unzip</package>
</list>
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Other files not required lynx too. Is lynx really need?
Why boot-floppies package depends of lynx?
With best wishes
