bf build with lang chooser turned on

I am the Polish translator of boot-floppies. I'am really interested in
making a fully i18n-ed set of floppies, possibly avoiding building
language-specific sets.
However when I tried building dbootstrap with USE_LANGUAGE_CHOOSER := true
it turned out that you are using some clone of newt supporting Unicode, and
explicitly linking the library from a subdir of your home directory. Thus my
build failed.
I wasn't able to find a Debian package with anything like that, so I think
you should add the needed source to bf repository (Adam agreed)
