Huh?

Yes -- information about hardware compatability goes in
documentation/en/hardware.sgml, information about partitioning and
setup go in documentation/en/preparing.sgml, etc etc.
No separate files for subarches !

The rule is that any documentation file in powerpc-specials/*.sgml
should go away, actually.
