Bug#61014: boot-floppies: "non-US" dialog gets sources.list wrong

Not sure if this qualifies as "important" or not. Running apt with the
HTTP method. The setup program that creates sources.list gets the main
archive mirror right, but still uses the old directory scheme for the
non-US lines, which of course doesn't work. I wanted the lines:
deb{,-src} http://non-us.debian.org/ potato/non-US main non-free contrib
instead of whatever it does output, which was something like
deb{,-src} http://non-us.debian.org/debian frozen non-US
(Sorry about being sketchy on the details. I can get more details and
possibly a patch, maybe today or tomorrow.)
