Check the latest version of util-linux (not in debian yet, AFAIK), but it
has support for something in the 2.3 kernel to do this. I think we would
be much better off using the actual kernel features from upstream
(especially ones that are not arch specific, and since we will be going to
kernel 2.4 in woody anyway, this is good).
What's in util-linux would obviously need to be merged into busybox.
