reboot bug fixed; dbootstrap crashes remain
Well, thanks to Erik I was able to fix the reboot problem, which also
explains why dbootstrap wasn't restarting when it was coring. Someone
turned on DEBUG_INIT in busybox init.c which was bad as that causes
that to ignore signals.
That's been fixed in CVS but there are other nasty bugs I'm seeing:
- hangs when installing base from NFS
- crash after failure to install base from http
Ugh. Anyone?
