Well, in some cases the problem just needs to be addressed in the
text; if you are interested in the general issue and how to handle it
on the formatting side, work with the debiandoc-sgml maintainer.

I don't think we've "overlooked" the documentation -- that is a very
false assertion.  We simply haven't updated all of it yet.
