Bug#58563: boot-floppies won't load portuguese keyboard keymap

When choosing my keyboard keymap to pt-latin1(or
similar, but it's the only portuguese keymap
available) an error appeared saying it couldn't load,
and I just continued and forgot to type it down.
I do remember that in the error message, the keymap
was in bmp format, such as:
can't load directory/directory/pt-latin1.bmp
I think that must the problem.
Later on, I can use the kbdconfig to sucessfully
choose my keypad. I installed the Debian system at
17/02/00, from the most recent boot-floppies in frozen
directory.
