Bug#58266: bf-2.2.7: PCMCIA network install is broken

I think so.

Okay.  I'll make the following changes:

(1) I'll change fgrep to grep in the pcmcia init.d script.

(2) I'll remove calls to start-stop-daemon from the pcmcia init.d script.

The presence of netstat should not be a problem.  I have checked the logs 
on my system, and it appears that netstat is not required to get a network 
connection up and running.

Is everyone okay with this?
