I will commit this if no one have not done yet.

The modified files are rescue.sh, rootdisk.sh, scripts/rootdisk/EXTRACT_LIST_ja,
scripts/rootdisk/SMALL_BASE_LIST_ja, and utilities/dbootstrap/po/ja.po.

The changes in rescue.sh and rootdisk.sh are effective only if
 [ "$language" = "ja" ] or  [ "$LINGUA" = "ja" ]. And other files
are used only when [ "$LINGUA" = "ja" ]. So this change will not
affect on other case, including main trunk of "[ $LINUGA = C ]"
