Bug#57111: Forced network install

Your final paragraph may describe how the setup is supposed to operate, but
it definitely does not describe how it worked for me. I tried several
times, loading only ppp, serial, and ntfs drivers--NO ethernet drivers.

I repeat that I got the dialog asking for a system name (as expected), and
the very next dialog was asking me a bunch of ethernet type questions. I
did NOT get a choice of skipping this.

Admittedly it is unusual to have an ethernet card without an ethernet
connection.
